Accents In The Cdetailview

Hello,

I have a display problem in view.php. Accents not displayed correctly:
T�che.

My file is saved as utf8 without BOM encodes.

While in other pages, accents display correctly.

Where is the problem. What should I check?

I am a beginner in Yii.
