Admin Console For A Social Network Site ?

I'm working on a social networking site. My focus is on developing the User Experience side of it,
but I know I need to have an Admin page for myself in order to perform certain tasks. If someone has
some experiencing with Admin page development for such kind of sites, can you please tell me what
features I need to develop for an admin page ? basically what should I put at the admin page ?
